Our Birthday Cake ice cream starts with a rich, creamy cake batter base, then gets loaded with chunks of real buttery yellow cake, colorful ribbons of icing, and plenty of festive sprinkles in every scoop. And because every batch is handcrafted, we switch up the icing colors each time—making every batch just a little different and every scoop a fun surprise.

The candles are optional. The second scoop probably isn't.
