Lyndzi’s Miracle Story
When our youngest daughter, Lyndzi Noelle, was just 5 years old, a routine check-up quickly turned into a whirlwind of emergency hospital stays, kidney failure, and unimaginable fear. What began as a simple blood pressure check became the start of a medical battle we never saw coming.
Months of dialysis…
Multiple surgeries...
And the life-saving kidney transplant she received on July 27, 2017.
Throughout it all, Children’s National Hospital and the Children’s Miracle Network became our heroes — supporting us through every dark hallway and sleepless night.
We saw firsthand how overwhelming post-transplant medical costs can be — especially the medication required for a child to survive. Because of that, we vowed to do something:
